Enstor Gas Supports Lovington Schools Science Fair and Science Olympiad Teams
LOVINGTON, New Mexico – August 4, 2020 - Enstor announced today that the company has made a $2,500 donation to Lovington Municipal Schools. The funds will be used for cash prizes that will be awarded to the winners of the Lovington school district’s science fair and to purchase t-shirts for the district’s three Science Olympiad teams.
Enstor owns and operates the Grama Ridge Storage and Transportation facility in Eunice, New Mexico, just south of Lovington. “Enstor feels strongly about supporting the communities where we live and work,” said Grama Ridge plant manager Steve Maker. “Education is one of areas we focus in our philanthropic efforts. Our children are our future and our greatest natural resource. An investment in their well-being and education is by far best investment we can make.” Mr. Maker presented a check to Lovington High School chemistry teacher Janet Bruelhart at a brief ceremony.
“These are challenging times for schools across the country,” Ms. Bruelhart said. “Enstor’s support, and the support of all of our corporate partners, is particularly impactful right now. We are very grateful that Steve, the team at the Grama Ridge facility and Enstor Gas have stepped up to lend a hand by supporting our young scientists.”
